SECL has a team of over 800 skilled members striving towards one goal of premium quality, excellence, and service. The march towards exceptional quality is not an easy one. With consistent efforts from the Top Management, employee grooming is the first step towards building a competent workforce. Several in-house and external courses are provided to the employees along with imparting knowledge to them through foreign specialists and companionship symposiums. RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
SFL has an independent function for R&D, Quality Planning, Control & Assurance outside of its production line. For accurate results, the professionals use matrix classification and statistical techniques. All process settings are computer-aided with an online monitoring facility also available. Apart from this, we continuously conduct customer surveys and closely study market trends for demand forecasting.
SFL has set its own benchmark standards and also follows International benchmarks for quality checks. The Research & Development wing is continuously setting higher standards and targets of quality to ensure the best possible deliverables to the customers
